01

3D scan

The latest technology from SIDAS measures your feet precisely with a 3D scanner that moves once around you. Meanwhile, you wear special grid socks for data collection.
02

Matching shoe

The scan provides us with lots of important information about your foot so that we can select the right shoe from our range.
03

Sole

The basis of boot fitting is the perfect sole. As your entire weight is supported by your feet, the CUSTOM sole also supports you perfectly. You stand on a vacuum cushion for your impression. We place the heated, soft sole in the impression. Then you stand on it again and the sole cools and hardens on your foot. Voila - your individual sole (which you can use for any ski boot).
04

Coffee break

To make sure you feel completely comfortable and can relax while your shoe is being fitted, we will of course serve you a fresh coffee from the Montebera coffee roastery in Prien.
05

Almost finished

The final step is to tape off your problem areas and warm up the shoe. You then stand in the warm shoe so that the shoe can mold itself around the taped areas.
06

Reason to be happy

After a final fine-tuning, YOUR individual, very well-fitting ski boot is ready for use.

Molding

[for problem feet]

As every foot is different, it is possible that pressure points can occur both with your own boots and with newly purchased boots. The most common problems with ski boots are Pressure pain on the ankle or shin, feet that fall asleep and burning soles of the feet.

If the basics are not enough, it comes to the "supreme discipline" in boat fitting. Many problem areas can be eliminated by building a wooden last. Here, the foot is measured exactly and rebuilt according to its image. A wooden model is covered with cork strips and sanded. This replica of the foot remains in the heated shoe for several hours. As a result, the shell is individually adapted to the problem foot.

Foaming

[for sporty people]

Boost your performance and improve your comfort and technique with an optimal fit down to the last detail. The technique consists of changing the liner into a foamable liner to channel foam into the liner. Due to the chemical reaction of two liquids, the foam forms around the foot. Taped ankles help to keep the areas wide. After a few minutes, the shoe is ready. A shoe like a second skin.
